Hybrid Customer Service & Business Development Advisor

Spider Web Recruitment Ltd in Saffron Walden, Essex, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor / Business Development Advisor for a 35-hour week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm, with hybrid working available after an initial 6-8 weeks. The role supports brokers, handles admin tasks and fosters relationships to enhance the broker experience.

You will manage calls, emails and LiveChat, assist brokers with product information and mortgage submissions, and process new broker registrations within 24
