Hybrid Customer Service Advisor Problem-Solver

The Automobile Association in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a hybrid basis. You'll handle inbound calls, resolve queries and manage vehicle damage claims from start to finish while delivering outstanding service.

Working 37.5 hours across Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm, you'll use structured scripts, expand product knowledge, and stay composed during busy periods to ensure a first-class customer experience.
