Hybrid Customer Service Advisor - Public Services Hub

The Core Customer Hub at Sheffield City Council is hiring. You will handle front-line and back-office tasks to support residents accessing council services, using phone, webforms, email and other channels. You'll also provide admin support and contribute to a responsive, customer-centred service.

You'll join a diverse team, with induction and ongoing training, and work across flexible service areas to improve outcomes for customers and communities in Sheffield.
