Hybrid Customer Service Advisor - Growth & Publisher Support

Hachette UK Distribution is seeking a Customer Services Advisor based in Didcot with a hybrid working model (minimum 2 days per week in the office). You will respond to emails and calls, process orders, coordinate deliveries and assist with refunds while upholding high service standards.

Role involves liaising with publishers and customers, supporting other teams, and developing familiarity with distribution processes in the publishing industry.
