Hybrid Customer Service Advisor - Energy & Net-Zero Impact

Drax Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Ipswich on a permanent, hybrid basis (3 days in the office). You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries and managing accounts through the end-to-end lifecycle, including invoicing and payments. You will contribute to a zero-carbon energy future through excellent service.
