Hybrid Customer Experience Planner

Weaver Vale Housing Trust is seeking a Customer Experience Planner to join our Customer Hub. This permanent, full-time role is based at Gadbrook Park, Northwich, with hybrid working and some home-working, requiring 2-3 days in the office.

You will deliver excellent customer care, plan and appoint services, and track orders to completion, coordinating with other teams to continuously improve the service.
