Hybrid Customer Experience Advisor

Start Up Loans (SUL), a subsidiary of the British Business Bank, is hiring a Customer Service Advisor in London with hybrid working. You will support applicants and Business Support Partners, delivering a positive customer experience across telephone, email, and webchat while meeting service levels.

You will attend the office 2 days per week in a full-time role with a pro-active, customer-focused approach and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement.
