Hybrid Customer Care Leader - Lead a Support Team

Barclays in Northampton is seeking a Customer Care Leader to oversee the Customer Due Diligence team within Business Banking on a temporary basis with potential permanent progression. The role requires people leadership and empathy, with a training phase onsite followed by hybrid work (2 days in the office, 3 days from home).

Hours are 35 per week across Monday to Saturday, with a rotational 8am-8pm shift pattern.
