Hybrid Customer Care Associate - Training & Pension Benefits

Aegon UK is recruiting a Customer Care Associate in Edinburgh. You'll be on the front line, handling inbound calls and guiding customers to use the Aegon Platform to manage their money, with a focus on clear, friendly communication.

You'll join a growing team in a hybrid model, training in Edinburgh for 3 months and then collaborating in person at least 40% of the time. A starting salary of £26,228, with progression to £33,240 through our Pay Progression Scheme.
