Hybrid Cross-Disciplinary Controls Lead - Risk & Governance

Citi is seeking an experienced Cross-Disciplinary Controls Lead Analyst to join the Client Controls organization in Belfast. You will support Citi Ventures by strengthening the firm's risk and control environment across MCA, issue management, governance reporting, and quality oversight, influencing senior management decisions and regulator-facing outcomes.

In this role you will assess control effectiveness, drive improvements, oversee the MCA program, and partner with stakeholders to close gaps.
