Hybrid Corporate Solicitor - M&A & Restructuring

G2Legal, a leading UK law firm with offices across the South East, is seeking a Corporate Solicitor (3-7 PQE) to join its Reading corporate team. You will work on high-quality M&A and restructurings for a diverse client base, in a collaborative and supportive environment.

You will advise on mergers, acquisitions, shareholder matters, and general corporate advisory work while managing your own caseload and contributing to larger deals.
