Hybrid Collections Customer Care Agent - Payments & Support

Go Car Credit Limited is seeking a Customer Care Agent specialized in Collections to join our Warrington or Portsmouth offices. You will handle customer queries, take payments, manage complaints and assist with account questions, focusing on positive outcomes and supportive solutions during financial difficulties.

You will work 37.5 hours across Monday to Saturday, 8am-8pm, with hybrid office arrangements in Warrington or Portsmouth.
