Hybrid Clinical Lead for Complex Care & Case Management

Active Care Group's Brownbill Case Management Services is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to drive clinical strategy and deliver safe, person-centred care for clients with complex needs across our network in London and the Home Counties.

You will provide clinical leadership, governance and line management to case managers, work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Brand Director, and help shape service quality while supporting workforce development.
