Hybrid Claims Handler - Customer Service (Bristol)

NFU Mutual is recruiting a Customer Service Claims Handler in Bristol. You will support customers through motor claims from first response to final settlement, using strong communication and case-management skills. The role includes comprehensive training and a move to a hybrid working pattern after initial office-based onboarding.

With up to 80% home working, you'll join a supportive team focused on doing the right thing for customers. Full-time, 35 hours weekly, training provided.
