Hybrid Change Manager (Systems) - 18-Month FTC

Historic England is seeking a Change Manager (Systems) to lead adoption of new platforms across a national, hybrid model. You will identify impact, design interventions and work with senior stakeholders to drive changes in mindset, skills and practice to successfully deliver the new systems.
