Hybrid Change Manager - People-Focused, 12-Month FTC

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Change Manager to drive people-focused change across our organisation.

The role is hybrid and based in Huntingdon, Peterborough or Lincoln as a 12-month fixed-term contract, full time (37 hours per week). You will develop and implement tailored change strategies, lead adoption-focused activities, coach leaders and frontline managers, and collaborate with project teams to embed best practice.
