Hybrid Case Manager - Pension Disputes

Nest is seeking a Case Manager to handle complex and sensitive pension casework, investigating complaints and disputes to deliver fair, well evidenced outcomes for members, employers and customers. You'll review evidence, prepare clear recommendations and respond to inquiries, collaborating with Nest and our third party partner to resolve issues.

The role sits in the SaS directorate, supports learning and continuous improvement from casework insights, and operates on a hybrid basis with Canary
