Hybrid Cardiff: Customer Service Associate (6-Month FTC)

Future, the multi-brand media group, is hiring a Customer Service Advisor in Cardiff on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You'll be the main contact for customers, assisting them as they complete online comparisons and clarify product information.

The role is hybrid, with three days per week in our Cardiff office. You'll handle inquiries across phone, email, live chat and social media, using Word, Excel and Google Suite to track issues and resolve queries.
