Hybrid Breeding Program Lead - Aquaculture Genetics

Xelect, part of Genus PLC, seeks a Breeding Program Manager in the UK to lead client-focused genetics programs across finfish and shellfish. You will design broodstock strategies, drive genetic improvements, and partner with scientists, customers and industry experts to deliver measurable results.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative breeding programs while traveling internationally. The role is hybrid, based in St Andrews with travel to customers.
