Hybrid Biopharma Operations Lead: NPI & Process Improvement

PE Global is recruiting for an Operations Lead on behalf of our biopharmaceutical client in Dublin. This is an initial 12-month contract, hybrid role, with primary production process ownership for New Product Introduction, Life Cycle Management Projects and CAPEX initiatives.

The role demands strong project management and cross-functional teamwork, with GMP compliance and a focus on process transfer, MES familiarity, and continuous improvement across formulation, filling and inspection.
