Hybrid Bilingual SaaS Support Specialist (Italian/English)

Clio is seeking an Italian/English Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our Dublin hub. You will handle inbound requests in Italian and English, becoming a product expert and coaching customers to use Clio effectively.

You'll work with Product, Sales and Success teams to resolve issues end to end, drive ownership, and identify opportunities for expanding product adoption. This is a hybrid role with structured training and growth prospects.
