Hybrid Auto Claims Specialist - End-to-End

Aioi Nissay Dowa Europe is seeking a Claims Handler for Accidental Damage. This hybrid role (37.5 hours, Monday-Friday) offers a fast, simple and human claims experience for customers. You will own claims from start to finish, handling repair or loss queries and progressing claims proactively.

Applicants should have experience in motor claims, indemnity and liability understanding, with FCA and TCF knowledge. Strong negotiation, analytical and IT skills are essential to succeed.
