As a Facilities Specialist at Manchester Foundation University Hospital, you'll be the go to expert for technical support and maintenance across equipment, building systems, and utility services.Join Sodexo and be part of something greater. You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way. What You'll Do: Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of plant, equipment, and systems across the hospital estate. Carry out repairs, installations, and testing to a high standard, with a focus on complex systems. Comply with all health and safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations, including COSHH and fire safety. Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for patients, visitors, and staff. What You Bring: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Heating and Ventilation Proven experience in HVAC system maintenance and installation Solid fault finding, problem solving, and technical repair skills Ability to read technical drawings and diagnose issues. Excellent time management, teamwork, and communication A positive, initiative taking approach, able to work independently or as part of a team.
