HVAC Technician Role

As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at the facility. Your duties will include conducting proactive performance testing and scheduled maintenance.

1. Perform ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.
2. Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine the best course of action for repairs or modifications.
3. Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric control systems used in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience. A combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of a diploma.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience and knowledge of Boilers, HTHW, HVAC systems, BMS, and pressurisation units are essential.
