A leading HVAC service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated professional to manage incoming client calls, ensuring timely and courteous communication. The successful candidate will assist with the supervision and dispatching of service and maintenance calls and perform administrative tasks as needed. Applicants must have a high school diploma and exceptional verbal communication skills. Previous customer service experience is preferred, and knowledge of Service Titan is a plus.
