HVAC Contract Manager - North West / Yorkshire. M62 Corridor

c£54k plus car/allowance, 5% bonus

Operational and financial responsibility for approximately 12 HVAC commercial maintenance contracts across the Northwest and Yorkshire. With management responsibility for 12 engineers, the largest contract is in Leeds with 4 resident Engineers. They in turn manage all reactive and planned maintenance of all AC systems, AHU's, DX units etc.

You will technically competent with HVAC systems and equally able to oversee and manage staff and the P&L for the contracts.

The main hub is in Blackburn.
