The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the operation of the Human Resources Department, ensuring accurate, efficient and streamlined processes. In compliance with employment legislation, the post holder will develop and implement Human Resources policies and procedures while promoting a positive workplace culture that supports employee wellbeing, engagement, inclusion and retention, in line with the Muiríosa Foundation Strategic Plan. The Human Resources Manager will work collaboratively with managers and colleagues to foster an inclusive, supportive and values-driven workplace that enables staff to deliver high-quality, person-led services.
