• Maritime (Port terminals, Port Authority's, maritime companies).
• Land transportation (Intermodal, Railways, Highways, Urban transport).

Your role

As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings and candidate screening.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers.
• Support HR analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Contribute to various HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive team player with a genuine interest in Human Resources.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
