Head of HR - Global Tech Company
Location: Marbella, Spain
Reporting to: Chief of Staff
Salary: €70,000 - €90,000 + bonus + benefits
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions within a fast-growing and innovative organisation. This is a unique opportunity to shape the people strategy, build robust HR practices, and ensure compliance with both UK and EU employment laws. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and legally compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation across the UK and EU.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and practices.
- Provide strategic advice and operational support to senior management.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead on HR data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement projects.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a scaling or high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance across the UK and EU.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and policy implementation.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to manage both high-level planning and day-to-day operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) is desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
