Human Resources Business Partner Dutch

Our client, a scale up company located in the heart of Amsterdam and specialized in Product Manufacturing, is looking for an experienced and Dutch speaking HRBP. The role will focus on optimizing HR processes and developing the HR vision and strategy, but also supporting operations when needed. You will be part of a team of 5 and report to the HR Manager. Ideal candidates must have a great knowledge of Dutch labor law, experience as a sparring partner to the business, and strong people skills.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Advising and supporting the C-suite and senior management on HR-related issues, such as performance management, absenteeism, sustainable employability and change management.
• Analyzing and improving HR processes at strategic, tactical and operational level. You identify bottlenecks and opportunities, and translate these into concrete solutions.
• HR project management including job evaluations, employee engagement or learning & development.
• Using HR data to identify trends, generate insights and support decision-making. You help the organization to a higher level in the field of HR analysis.
• Supporting HR operations whenever necessary.

Main Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Strategic role
• Strong experience in process change, culture development and HR analytics
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English
• Bachelor's or Master 's degree in HR related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strategic and process improvement mindset
