Human Resources Business PartnerCorporate Office, LondonFull time - 37.5 hours per weekPermanentCompetitive salary plus excellent benefitsWe're looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Corporate HR team based at our Corporate Office in London.Sitting at the centre of a large, complex healthcare organisation, this team plays a vital role in shaping how we support, develop and engage our corporate colleagues. You'll work in close partnership with senior leaders and the Chief Human Resources Officer, contributing to the delivery of a people strategy that supports both organisational performance and colleague experience across a diverse portfolio of functions.As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll operate at both a strategic and operational level, helping leaders navigate complex people matters while also contributing to wider organisational priorities. Working across areas such as talent, engagement, organisational development and workforce planning, you'll have the opportunity to influence decision making at a senior level. You'll also act as a trusted advisor, bringing insight, challenge and support to leaders, while helping to embed consistent ways of working and a positive, inclusive culture across the corporate environment.Above all else, we're committed to the care and improvement of human life.
