Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid - 2 days/week onsite & 3days/week WFH)

Job Description
Main Tasks:
- Collecting and formalising the needs of end users by organizing workshops, interviews or process reviews in the context of competence management (allocation of competences, evaluations, integration with training, etc.).
- Collaborate on the functional design of the solution: identification of controls and rules to be implemented, creation of a mock-up or visual representation (via slides for example) of the IT applications to be developed to concretize the analysis.
- Working with the functional/technical analyst to obtain clear and actionable functional specifications for the technical team.
- Ensuring a constant link between the users and the team of functional analysts to ensure an understanding of the expectations and constraints of both sides.
- Testing the configuration and developments (integration tests).
- Prepare and coordinate UAT test scenarios, follow up on bug fixing.
- Supporting users in the use of the solution: preparation of documentation, organization of training or information sessions.
- Be the point of contact for users throughout the project.
- Transferring your knowledge to internet members, verbally and by drafting technical and functional documentation.
- To be able to carry out the mission well, the profile must have strong analytical skills, be familiar with leading workshops and be able to convey knowledge in a way that is tailored to the target audience.
- The profile should also be written clearly, concisely, and accurately and be demonstrably able to work in a team and work with different stakeholders.
