Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Advisor located in Lelystad with some work from home acceptable. The Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role involves supporting HR management initiatives and actively participating in the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Support and advice on employee relations, including handling complaints, disciplinaries, and performance management cases in consult with GM.
- Assist in managing recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
- Coordinate on the full use of Personio and advice on topics.
- Create reports and keep the information flows up-to-date.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Support HR projects related to retention, employee engagement, and digital transformation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in an operational HR role, preferably in a mid-sized or growing company.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ready to help when necessary at administration or facility related tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in an international environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and digital tools.
- Dutch and English language skills
