Job Description

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience with the HubSpot CRM and a strong understanding of CRM best practices and operations, as well as a proven track record in developing and executing growth marketing strategies and lead generation programs (both organic and paid), leveraging HubSpot's tools to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Optimize HubSpot CRM: Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the HubSpot CRM and automation workflows that support scalable and efficient marketing operations, ensuring data integrity, system configuration, and user management.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools to optimize campaigns, manage customer data, and improve lead generation.
  • Implement Workflows and Automations: Design, implement, and maintain workflows and automation processes to streamline business operations, improve efficiency, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • A/B Testing: Support marketing teams to conduct A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate and analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI, and make recommendations for next steps.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot functionalities and best practices.
  • Integration Management & Maintenance: Manage integrations between HubSpot and other business tools to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in automation workflows and integrations.
  • Conduct quarterly audits of forms, lists, maintain lead scoringAdvanced segmentation and list management in order to develop hyper targeted lead generation actvities
  • Compliance: ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR in marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, marketing and go-to-market teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Optimize Marketing Funnels: Manage and optimize marketing funnels to maximize conversion rates and customer retention.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve CRM processes to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Stay updated on HubSpot feature updates and industry best practices to continually enhance marketing automation strategies.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience working with HubSpot CRM in marketing automation
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including workflows, custom reports, and integrations.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred languages: English
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the CRM.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: HubSpot certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Other CRMs: Experience with other CRM systems is beneficial (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Project Management: Experience in project management and process improvement.
