Job Description

Astatine Limited is a specialised energy company, founded by a highly experienced management team with proven entrepreneurial, commercial and technical success in their respective careers to date. Astatine develop, design, construct, operate, fund (if required) and maintain multi-technology assets to enable an acceleration toward zero carbon for energy users across multiple sectors. This is a huge growth area forecast for the next 20 years, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to upskill in these technologies, their applications and design considerations.

Due to continued growth and expansion, the company is now seeking to recruit a HSQE Coordinator.

Position Title: This is a full-time hybrid role for an HSQE Coordinator at Astatine Ltd.

The successful candidate is responsible for supporting the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's Integrated Management System (IMS). The role provides coordination, administration, reporting, and compliance support across HSQE activities, helping ensure that documentation, records, audits, inspections, training, and performance data are managed accurately and in line with company requirements. The HSQE Coordinator will work closely with the HSQE Director, HSQE Managers, and wider business to ensure effective compliance with the IMS.

  • Contract Type: Full Time Contract
  • Working Hours: Full time - Mon to Friday - 9am to 5.30 pm
  • Responsibilities:
    • Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental management systems in line with business requirements and ISO Standards
    • Assist in the preparation, review, and control of HSQE documentation, including policies, procedures, templates, registers, reports, records etc.
    • Prepare and maintain HSQE performance data, dashboards, and reports to support management review, compliance monitoring, and decision-making.
    • Support project teams with HSQE requirements, including onboarding information, document submissions, training records, statutory registers, and compliance evidence.
    • Manage the Astatine training process including, bookings, recording of training records etc.
    • Maintain accurate HSQE records and ensure information is available, current, and appropriately filed within company systems.
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders, project teams, contractors, and suppliers to support compliance with company HSQE expectations.
    • Promote a positive HSQE culture by supporting safe working practices, environmental responsibility, quality awareness, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
  • 2/3 years experience working in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to analyse data and prepare clear reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft office apps
