HSE Leader - Marine Construction & Safety Culture

AE Partners is delivering the Marine Bulk Import Facility (MBIF) project on the Suffolk coast. This 10-month fixed-term contract focuses on leading the health, safety and environment function across a major marine construction site.

You will advise management at all levels on H&S improvements, mentor staff, and report H&S performance to the Senior Leadership Team. You will liaise with the UK regulator and contribute to a learning organisation mindset.
