HSE Director Job in London

HSE Director - Catering - Remote Site Mongolia Rotation

My client is looking for an HSE Director for one of their largest sites in Mongolia. Responsible for implementing and managing the HSE team to ensure that the Company and Client's Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality policies, objectives, and procedures are complied with at all times, fostering a standard HSE culture in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the Company's HSEQ requirements, as detailed in the Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management System (IMS), are implemented.
• Develop Annual HSE Plan.
• Responsible for all HSE matters.
• Conduct Risk Assessments.
• Monitor compliance with HSE and HACCP requirements.
• Develop and update training materials and information for HSEQ, HACCP, and risk management plans.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience within remote sites.
• University or college degree/diploma.
• Excellent oral, written, cross-functional, and interpersonal communication skills suitable for various levels, including management staff, clients, and contractors.
• Solid understanding of business fundamentals related to negotiation and financial management.
• Leadership skills and management training.
• Russian language skills are preferred but not required.
