HR/Change Consultant

Please note: Candidates must hold active BPSS clearance to be considered.
2-3 days work from Warrington office

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a culture development strategy and roadmap

• Define and embed organisational values across teams

• Design and deliver training programmes to support cultural alignment

• Collaborate with supply chain and project management teams to ensure consistent cultural practices

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in organisational development, change management, or HR

• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills

• Background in working with public sector or government bodies is a plus
