Job Description

HRA Interim Senior Lead Compliance needed in Taunton, Somerset. This is a temporary contract initially paying £369.68 per day PAYE. The reference number is: OR103385.

Responsibilities

Provide clear leadership to deliver strategic priorities and meet financial targets as a member of the Directorates Senior Leadership Team.
Update and advise Elected Members on operational and policy issues relating to the Service.
Lead with a clear identity in terms of flexible and responsive ways of working, an inclusive and diverse culture, and a high level of employee engagement and wellbeing.
Undertake representational and communication duties to promote and protect the interests in matters concerning specialist areas.
