A well known Global energy organisation is seeking to recruit a HR Technology Project Consultant - Talent Acquisition for an initial 3-6 month contract to start asap paying £790/day inside IR35. The role will require you to be on site minimum 3 days, either out of Sunbury or with the option to be based 1 day per week in Canary Wharf.
Role Purpose- Acts as a bridge between TA stakeholders and IT delivery teams, ensuring functional requirements translate into effective technology delivery.

- Support solution design across Workday, AI and automation
- Partner with Product Owners and agile squads
- This role supports a large-scale Talent Acquisition technology transformation delivered within the enterprise IT portfolio. The programme focuses on modernising TA platforms, processes and operating models through a combination of Workday Recruiting optimisation, AI-enabled capabilities and digital automation. Delivery is organised around a product- and squad-based agile model, with work structured across multiple, interdependent workstreams. Teams operate at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, HR Technology and IT, translating functional TA outcomes into scalable, secure and compliant technology solutions. The work involves close collaboration with TA leaders, HR stakeholders, IT delivery teams and external technology vendors. The role require experience operating in complex IT delivery environments, with a strong understanding of Talent Acquisition or wider Talent functions, and the ability to balance pace, quality, risk and enterprise governance.
While functional TA knowledge is essential, this role requires experience delivering IT-led HR or Talent technology projects, such as system implementations, platform optimisation, AI-enabled solutions or automation initiatives.
This role would not be suitable for individuals with purely functional Talent Acquisition experience and no exposure to technology delivery or IT transformation environments, therefore you must have prior experience with technology delivery / an IT transformation environment.
If you have prior experience working in the oil, gas or energy sectors this is beneficial but not essential for the role.
