What's it like to be an HR Talent Specialist at DHV Technology?


As an HR Talent Specialist at DHV Technology, you will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives related to talent, organizational development, and continuous improvement of HR processes. Your focus will be on attracting, developing, and retaining talent, while leading cross-functional projects that shape the company's culture and increase efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities:


Talent

  • Coordinate talent attraction and recruitment projects, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Design and implement onboarding, training, and professional development programs.
  • Manage career, transition, and succession plans in collaboration with department heads.
  • Oversee performance evaluation processes and promote a culture of continuous feedback.


HR Projects

  • Lead transformation initiatives including organizational design, HR digitalization, culture, well-being, diversity, and internal communication.
  • Implement innovative tools and methodologies to optimize HR processes and enhance employee experience.
  • Develop internal communication strategies aligned with the company's purpose and values.
  • Analyze people data to support decision-making in HR strategy.


Employee and Leadership Support

  • Provide guidance on organizational climate, motivation, and change management.
  • Advise leaders on people-related matters, organizational structure, and talent decisions.
  • Support leadership development through coaching and strategic feedback.


HR Operations

  • Ensure the correct implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs across the business unit.
  • Participate in selection, internal promotion, and mobility processes when needed.
  • Promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.


Job Requirements:


Academic Background:

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field.
  • Desired: Master's degree in Talent Management or significant experience in HR development projects.


Professional Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development, people strategy, or organizational projects.


Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, development, and performance evaluation.
  • Experience in organizational change, internal communication, and digital HR tools.
  • Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
  • Competence in analyzing HR metrics to drive decisions.


Languages:

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1), spoken and written.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and advise leadership.
