About the Role:

As an HR Talent Acquisition Expert, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for your designated business unit. Your role will involve strategic workforce planning, process optimization, employer branding, and hands-on collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will contribute directly to the company's growth by attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage all open vacancies from A to Z: job publication, candidate follow-up, reporting, interviewing, and contract proposals
• Define and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
• Continuously optimize recruitment and selection processes to improve quality and efficiency
• Select and manage recruitment channels and external partners
• Enhance employer branding and ensure a strong candidate experience
• Lead recruitment-related projects such as job fairs and internal mobility events
• Collaborate closely with HR Advisors and manage recruitment budgets
• Support workforce analysis including headcount, absenteeism, and retention reporting
• Coach hiring managers on interview techniques and selection best practices

Your Profile:

• University degree or equivalent by experience
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment management
• Experience in improving recruitment processes
• Preferably experience in the financial sector
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and ATS platforms
