Job Description
HR System Specialist - Contract - Galway
Our client is seeking a delivery-focused professional to coordinate HR digital and AI projects from planning through implementation and adoption. This is an individual contributor role focused on project delivery, business requirements and stakeholder coordination, not AI development or people management.
Key responsibilities- Coordinate HR, IT and delivery partners to implement digital and AI solutions.
- Translate business needs into requirements, prioritised backlogs and acceptance criteria.
- Develop a consistent delivery workflow, including templates, responsibilities and approval checkpoints.
- Track timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks.
- Coordinate testing, launch readiness, required compliance reviews and user adoption.
- Use feedback and business results to recommend improvements.
- Bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience required.
- Practical experience in digital project delivery, product management or business analysis.
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder coordination skills.
- HR technology, agile delivery and AI-tool experience preferred.
