HR Shared Services Specialist: Data, Onboarding & Compliance

Compco Fire Systems is seeking an HR Shared Services Specialist to manage all HR administration from their Worcestershire Head Office. This role requires proven HR Shared Services experience and CIPD Level 5 qualification. You will orchestrate the delivery of HR services while ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation.

As a vital member of the People Team, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain HR system integrity. The position offers 34 days holiday, pension, and private healthcare.
