HR Shared Services Lead - People Ops & Projects

Gate Gourmet in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced HR Administrator with leadership capabilities to oversee end-to-end HR administration across the full employee lifecycle. You will manage hiring, contract amendments, pay reviews, family leave and benefits, while ensuring prompt, accurate service and GDPR compliance.

You'll support HR projects and system enhancements (Workday), produce management reporting, and act as a trusted deputy in the HRSS Manager's absence.
