HR Shared Services Lead - Hybrid (2 Onsite/3 Remote)

Cpl Healthcare is looking for a HR Manager for a permanent role in Dublin. The successful candidate will implement and sustain effective HR services and operations, ensuring efficient resolution of queries. This role includes leading the HR Shared Services function, managing compliance, and facilitating continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' HR experience, particularly in high-volume environments. A hybrid working model is offered, with 2 days onsite and 3 days work from home.
