HR Services & Onboarding Specialist

Sisk is seeking a skilled HR Officer to join our Ireland team. You will manage employee lifecycle activity, HR administration and first-line HR queries, partnering with Payroll, Reward and HR colleagues across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes accurate processes, data protection, and compliance with Irish employment law. Reporting to the Senior HR Officer, you will contribute to a positive workplace culture and support ongoing HR projects that improve service delivery and employee experience.
