HR Service Centre Lead - 1-Year Contract

YTL UK is seeking an experienced HR Service Centre leader for a 1-year fixed-term contract to oversee a busy HR support function in Bath. You will drive service excellence, develop the SSC team and partner with the People team to shape future HR operations across the Group.

Based in Bath, you will ensure accurate HR administration, data integrity and scalable processes while delivering continuous improvements through data-driven insights and strong stakeholder engagement.
