HR Project Partner: Change & Compliance (6-12m FTC)

PTSG Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (Projects) for a 6-12 month fixed-term contract. You will lead high-impact HR projects across terms and conditions, pay structures, and integration after acquisitions, while partnering with senior leaders to simplify and standardise HR practices.

You will navigate complex, multi-brand environments, delivering compliant, commercially aware solutions and driving HR change across the group.
