HR Partner: ER, Performance & Leadership Hybrid

Montu UK is seeking an HR Partner to partner with the Patient Experience function and guide managers through growth and transformation. This role focuses on employee relations, performance, coaching, and people initiatives in a hands-on, people-first environment.

You will work across London (Kings Cross) and Winnersh (Reading) offices weekly, support policy implementation under UK employment law, and help shape the employee experience as the company scales rapidly.
